Terms and Conditions

    1. This is an agreement between TREPS ED, LLC (the “Licensor”) and the purchaser (the “Licensee’”) of the TREP$ Start-up Kit, who is being licensed to use the TREP$ curriculum.
    2. Licensee acknowledges that the TREP$ Start-up Kit is not a stand-alone product and requires the purchase of TREP$ Student Workbooks for each participating student for each implementation.
    3. Licensee acknowledges that buying a set of TREP$ Student Workbooks with the intention of reusing them for subsequent implementations with new students violates the Terms of the License.
    4. The License is automatically created with the initial purchase of the TREP$ Start-up Kit.
    5. Licensee acknowledges that this is a limited, nonexclusive license. Licensor is and remains the owner of all titles, rights, and interests in the TREP$ program.
    6. The License permits Licensee to use the TREP$ Start-up Kit with one school or location, when corresponding TREP$ Student Workbooks have been purchased for each student participating in each implementation of the program.
    7. Licensee will not make copies of any of the TREP$ Start-up Kit materials or the TREP$ Student Workbooks, as it is in violation of copyright law.
    8. Licensee will not allow copies of any of the TREP$ Start-up Kit materials or the TREP$ Student Workbooks to be made by others, as it is in violation of copyright law.
    9. Licensee will not allow another school or organization to use the TREP$ Start-up Kit materials or TREP$ Student Workbooks, via sale, loan, transfer, or other means.
    10. Licensee should notify Licensor immediately if unauthorized use of the TREP$ Start-up Kit or TREP$ Student Workbooks is suspected.
    11. Full, continuous use of the TREP$ Start-up Kit is only available to the Licensee with continued, ongoing purchase of TREP$ Student Workbooks for each participating student for each program implementation.
    12. If these Terms are violated, Licensor reserves the right to issue Licensee a warning, suspend or terminate the use of the TREP$ Start-up Kit, and/or seek compensation according to copyright law.
