*Tax Exemption:  To claim tax exemption, your organization must make payment using organization funds and must provide a copy of your ST-5 exempt organization certificate, per N.J.A.C. 18:24-10.2.  If the person making the purchase pays with personal funds, exemption from sales tax does not apply, even if the purchaser will receive reimbursement from the organization.
